Fire Asia 2012
Conference themed 'New Horizons for a Safer Society' will be held
in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 8 - 10
February 2012.
Various topics ranging from disaster management to pre-hospital
emergency care for casualties with a view of reaching new horizons
for a safer society will be covered in the conference.
The conference will target emergency service professionals, fire
engineers, consultants, architects and designers of fire safety
systems. It will foster a platform of exchange of
professional knowledge, networking and generate synergy effects for
exploring new heights to a safer society. Speakers of
prominence have been invited from Pan-Asia region, Europe, USA and
North America on stage for proffering their insights in the
conference.
Conference Theme
"New Horizons for a Safer Society" is the main theme of "Fire Asia
2012", covering the areas of performance-based solutions,
engineering for safety, emergency preparedness and management of
emergency services.
Architects, planners, engineers, fire and emergency services
professionals are also making a collaborative effort to promote
safety within their respective fields. Through the process of
information and experience sharing, validated techniques and
procedures, and good ideas are made known to all parties concerned
striving to meet the new challenges.
