Over the years Intersec trade fair and conference has garnered
much support from government entities, particularly UAE Civil
Defence, all departments of Dubail Police, Dubai Police Academy and
the event continues to attract the key players from across its
different sectors.
The 14th edition of Intersec is again to be officially held
under the Royal Patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansoor bin
Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
Established for over 13 years, Intersec is the leading regional
trade event in the security, safety and protection industries. It
features a brand profile of 4 niche vertical sections, namely:
Commercial & Information Security; Homeland Security &
Policing; Safety & Health and Fire & Rescue, providing an
up to date reflection of the industry portfolio and the latest
trends.
This year Intersec grew by 25% and we endeavour to build further on
this growth for the 2012 edition which will take place from 15 to
17 January. The event will now feature an additional hall where the
Homeland Security & Policing section will be placed providing
easy access to all for exploring the difference niche areas of the
event.
The Arabian Gulf is one of the most exciting markets in the world
for the security industry. Its security market is worth AED 3.6 bn
and is projected to grow at 10% annually offering security, police,
fire, military, rescue and safety companies an outstanding
opportunity. Intersec is the place to be to tap into this lucrative
and ever growing market.
